Civil Litigation Solicitor - 5+ Legal 500 - Kent

This Established Legal 500 firm have offices across Kent, and are seeking to hire a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the team. The firm are seeking an experienced civil litigation solicitor to join our busy team in Maidstone. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters. Experience in the following areas is essential:

• Personal Injury
• Landlord and Tenant
• Contentious Probate
• Contractual Disputes
• Employment
• Civil Litigation

This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The position is based at Maidstone office but there may be a need for travel to Gravesend and Tenterden occasionally if required.

Candidates:
Successful applicants will have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision. This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
