The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a busy CQS accredited department in Kent. Working within a small team, the successful Fee Earner will manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions from inception through to post completion. Areas may incorporate: remortgages; sales and purchases; lease extensions; transfers of equity and; declarations of trust. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with commercial property experience, however this is not a pre-requisite for the role. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with solid Residential Property experience;
You will have first class communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Commercial property experience is advantageous but not essential;
You will have your own caseload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be IT Literate;
You be personable, professional and detail orientated.
