This top-tier international law firm's global restructuring and insolvency team based in London works closely with the firm's corporate and finance practices on significant domestic and cross-border matters. Work includes debt restructuring and rescheduling, equity capital raising and restructuring, distressed M&A, investigations, asset tracing and insolvency litigation, formal insolvency procedures and contingency planning, distressed creditor and equity investment and trading and debtor advisory work.
You will have a strong academic and professional background and have relevant experience gained at a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm.
