Our client is a well-known and highly respected City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients. Our client is a looking for an experienced knowledge development lawyer to assist the Restructuring and Insolvency team on a 9 month contractual basis.
You must have at least 3 years PQE and have experience of Restructuring and Insolvency in the UK market. You must also be familiar with: legal research tools; knowledge systems; intranet; extranet and automation.
Ideally you will have previous Knowledge Development / Management and training experience gained in a law firm. Detailed knowledge of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules and the electronic filing system (CE-file) in the Chancery Division is necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity to use previous knowledge development experience to secure a 9 month contract with a top City player.
