Due to big expansion plans this highly regarded law firm are looking for an additional solicitor with around7-9PQE to join their property litigation team - managing disputes and growing with the team. You will have experience in adverse possession, dilapidations, access and boundary disputes, commercial landlord and tenant work and covenant disputes - if you have experience in Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 this will be seen as an advantage. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
