The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen within a busy Commercial Property Department based in the Oxford area. Working closely with some of the practices Partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a challenging caseload, advising clients including landlords and tenants, developers and mortgage lenders on areas including: acquisitions and disposals; lease drafting and negotiations; property finance and; development work. Keen to get involved with the continued growth and development of the department, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client and professionals relationships and promote the services of the team. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid general commercial property experience;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated.
