Head of Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer job in Bridgwater, £competitive
Your new firm
This successful law firm, who are based in several locations across the South West of England and are reputable for being an excellent place to work, are looking for an experienced Residential/Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team in Bridgwater.
Your new role
You will play a key part in assisting the firm to complete its profit objectives by providing input to the firm's strategy, as well as optimising the performance of both the Residential and Commercial property teams. You will be training, managing and developing the existing team in order to ensure profitability. You will also take part in Business Development and be able to build excellent relationships whilst maintaining existing ones. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of 3+ PQE and hold prior experience in both Residential and Property practice and an excellent reputation for your work. You will be a well-established, experienced lawyer with the ability to manage a high volume team.
