The practice are now seeking a technically competent Commercial Property Solicitor in Hertfordshire.
The Role
Due to expansion, a rare opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Solicitor to join a highly regarded team based in Hertford. With excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of commercial property transactions, the successful Solicitor will work alongside experienced Lawyers, taking on an existing caseload whilst ensuring excellent client care and service. Areas will incorporate: freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; planning; landlord and tenant matters; development schemes; lease renewals and; option agreements. Due to the department’s diverse client base, additional experience in property related matters for rural estates would be highly advantageous but is not a prerequisite for this role.
Passionate about business development and networking, the successful Solicitor will build and strength client relationships and play an active role in initiatives including seminar presentation and writing blogs and articles relating to commercial property. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE gained within commercial property;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will have a consistently strong academic record;
Additional experience of property related matters for rural estates is desirable but not essential;
You will have strong IT skills with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications;
You will be personable, highly organised and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a flair for business development.
