Are you an Newly qualified solicitor seeking your first role in within a supportive family team?
Our client are a reputable worcestershire based firm seeking to appoint a newly qualified family solicitor to join their expanding team.
You would be required to take over an existing caseload of primarily private children act matters along with assisting with care proceedings, injunctions/non molestation orders and applications under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 along with carrying out your own advocacy.
You will work within a developing tight knit team and as such it is important that you are a team player. Business develop and networking activities will be a part of this role so previous experience is desired.
