To produce competitive tenders/bids within timeframes required by customers.
Attendance at customer meetings as required to discuss tenders/bids and/or to negotiate contractual terms.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex supply and purchasing contracts.
Draft, review and negotiate NDA, SAL's with suppliers and customers.
Represent the Company's interests and liaise directly with customers, suppliers and negotiating teams.
Counsel, advise, and consult Company managers, based on accurate interpretation of contract and other legal documents and the facts of a business opportunity.
Support, promote and implement initiatives as part of the legal and operational teams.
Deal with multiple work projects.
Co-operate in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies for contractual risks Co-operate in the development of internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on various legal and business issues
Co-operate with and support the Group's Regulatory Compliance team and support implementation of Group compliance policies and procedures.
Co-operate with and support the Group legal team in implementing Group legal risk management activities within the Company.
Profile
Significant experience of commercial contract drafting and negotiation preferably within an engineering context.
Excellent team player, with the ability to work autonomously, provide leadership as required, and the credibility to influence personnel at all levels.
Solid IT skills
