An exceptionally strong Legal 500 listed regional practice is undergoing a huge expansion to consolidate its position as one of the leading residential conveyancing firms in the region. Consequently, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced qualified residential conveyancer at senior level to increase revenue streams and expand the firms standing in the high net worth market.

This is a multi-sited firm that has offices throughout the West Midlands and which has a particular focus on the Black Country. The practice is well known as one of the regions stronger offerings having forged solid links with local businesses and individuals, with the firm being particularly proud of having a reputation for serving the wider community.

The firm's Residential Property Team is highly regarded and is renowned as being one of the leading teams within the sector. The team want to meet with a qualified residential property lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' experience who can be based at the firms' Wolverhampton office. This is not merely a fee earning role as you will be tasked with undertaking business development initiatives in order to expand that firms' market share in and around Wolverhampton, with there being a particular focus on the more affluent areas to the north of the city meaning you can concentrate on dealing with high value properties.

You will be well versed in dealing with sales and purchases, title checking, freehold and leasehold and registered and unregistered matters. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to hit the ground running in a friendly but busy department which continues to expand as a consequence of an increase instructions. In addition, you will have some supervisory experience as you will be involved in the firms' strategic growth plans and so will need to grow a team of conveyancers as you generate more instructions.

The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 24 days' holiday entitlement as well as free parking. Whilst this is a full time role the firm adopts a flexible approach to working patterns so you can fit your working hours to suit you, especially if that means starting at 8.00am to finish early, or vice-versa.
