My client is a UK law firm with a highly regarded international practice that is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal into their London team.
The firm's Real Estate practice is ell known for the high calibre work it does for clients both nationally and internationally and regularly acts for major developers and real estate funds.
In joining the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a a variety of matters including Landlord and Tennant matters, development projects, real estate investment and real estate finance matters.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of Real Estate experience gained within a City law firm and will have a minimum of a 2.1 at University and a Commendation in the LPC.
This particular law firm has a positive attitude regarding hiring their Paralegals for training contracts and therefore there is a real potential for professional development for the right candidate.
