Financial Sercvices Associate

My client is a highly regarded UK headquartered law firm with an international presence that is seeking a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join their London office for an interim basis of 3-6 months initially.

The firm's financial services practice advises a range of clients from international institutions to independent firms and senior executives and the practice as a whole plays a key role in the firm's strategy.

Due to an increased workload, the firm is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 4* years PQE to join the practice for an interim contract that has the potential to extend, or even go permanent.

In joining the team, the candidate will be exposed to a variety of work including advising wholesale clients, trading firms and clients that are operating trading platforms on a range of regulatory, clearing and settlement issues. It would be advantageous for candidates to have prior experience in fund formations, restructuring of funds and fund amalgamations for a investment management clients.
