Personal Injury Solicitor Ilex or Paralegal EL/PL: Sheffield

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join our clients Fast Track Post Litigation department based in the Sheffield office. Our client has multiple offices over the UK

The Role

As a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Paralegal working within the Fast Track Post Litigation Team dealing with issued cases, you will carry out full case handling duties progressing cases to court. The candidate must have claimant EL/PL Personal Injury Litigation experience as they will be working on a mixed and varied PI caseload.

The candidate will work under the supervision of a Team Leader but, must have litigation experience and be able to handle their own fully litigated caseload.

Candidates will need to have excellent client care and communication skills. The successful candidates will also need to show that they can cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines especially given the cases are all litigated and within Court timetables.

If you thrive on being busy and can adapt well to new challenges, then they'll give you all the training and support you'll need to help you succeed in this highly rewarding role. You must be IT literate and attentive to detail, with proven expertise in client care.
