Litigation Executive-Clinical Negligence

The Opportunity;
Slater and Gordon Lawyers are currently recruiting for an exceptional and ambitious individual with experience in Clinical Negligence to join us in our flagship Manchester City centre office. As a Litigation Executive in our award winning team, you will be responsible for managing Clinical Negligence cases for our industry leading Serious and Specialist Injury Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a career and results focussed individual who wants to work with the best people and deliver an exceptional service.

Responsibilities to include;
* Assisting with and managing Clinical Negligence cases
* Client liaison work
* Time recording and billing
* Drafting of documentation
* Working as part of a busy team environment
* Managing work through our case management system

What we are looking for;
-You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care and possess a keen interest in Personal Injury work.
-You should also possess previous experience of effectively managing your own caseload, gained within any transferable area.
-The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing is also integral to this role as are strong IT skills
-The ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team environment
-A good law degree or legal academic background such as ILEX study & LLM or LPC
