Residential Conveyancer required in Nottinghamshire
The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded legal practice based in the Midlands providing a variety of legal services with many of the firm’s fee-earners appearing on specialist panels. The firm operates on the basis of providing a service that is affordable, devised according to the client’s needs, with transparent processes and an outstanding level of service. Not surprisingly, a considerable number of new instructions come to the firm by way of personal recommendation from satisfied clients. A vacancy has now arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join the team based in the Mansfield office.
The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Nottinghamshire team. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and fee-earning Paralegal with two or more years’ conveyancing experience. The work will involve a range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, new build matters, repossessions and equity release. The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal.
You will have two or more years’ experience in a similar role.
You will have solid experience in dealing with residential property work.
You will have excellent organisational and management skills.
You will have good IT skills and the ability to use case management systems.
You will have excellent client care skills.
