My client is a market leading Real Estate team providing specialist legal and strategic advice on all aspects of commercial property transactions for a high net worth client base of individuals, companies and public and private sector businesses.
The Role
To manage a caseload of specialist commercial property matters, this would include
- Sales and acquisitions of strategic land/commercial properties
- Landlord and Tenant experience - lease drafting and negotiating for commercial properties
- Property finance work - acting for lenders and commercial borrowers
- Team management experience would be desirable - trainees, paralegals, NQ 's
The firm are looking for an experienced solicitor around 6-8 years PQE
