JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Property Solicitor

JOB SCOPE:               To develop and manage commercial property cases

PROFILE:                    A confident and proactive Solicitor to drive forward internal referrals and to build upon the existing client base with exceptional corporate client care skills and a minimum of 4 years PQE.  Able to work with little supervision, this person will be key to lead and develop the Department and interact with Partners that lead Company Commercial, Corporate Employment and Dispute Resolution.  Opportunities for career development and Partnership based upon proven abilities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Conduct files on behalf of our corporate clients for commercial property transactions to include both freehold and lease hold transactions.

2.         To correspond with all relevant parties in the conduct of such files at the highest level to ensure quality of work and proactive interaction with our client base.

3.         Ensure that clients are given timely, accurate and up-to-date legal advice.

4.         High level knowledge of and skill in the management of commercial property transactions with an ability to seek and act upon new opportunities.

5.         Key time management, leadership and inter personal skills with ambition to lead and develop the department.
