Our client is a well-established, boutique practice offering a select range of legal services to commercial and individual clients from their base in Leeds. With a team of experienced lawyers, they endeavour to meet client needs, delivering advice in a clear and concise manner, in order to achieve optimum outcomes for all. Currently experiencing a growth in instructions, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist Family Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Leeds area. With an existing client base to bring to the practice, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of privately-funded matrimonial, children and financial remedy matters from instruction to settlement, including advocacy and non-adversarial methods where appropriate. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities, further ensuring the success and growth of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Matrimonial department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise encompassing all aspects of private family and children work.
You will have a client following to bring to the firm and first class interpersonal and networking skills.
A flair for business development is essential for the position.
You will be seeking a flexible, consultancy position offering favourable terms.
