Conveyancing Executive

I am seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to work for a leading financial solutions company

Your new role

The key purpose of the role is to assist with the assessment of secured loan applications through pre-approval, funding and reporting on them


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of property law and related Land Registry practices and procedures, strong Microsoft Office systems knowledge including Excel and Word would be desirable as well as a good telephone manner and strong communication skills
