Locum Residential Conveyancer required for a growing private practice in Nottinghamshire to commence a one week assignment to start ASAP.

Our client is a successful and thriving firm operating out of 3 offices across Nottinghamshire. This well-established practice has been running for almost 250 years and prides its self on its reliability and client service. Due to holiday a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join this busy firm on a full time basis. This role would suit an ambitious Residential Conveyancer who is looking to gain some experience working in a fast paced established firm. The right person will be client focussed and have experience dealing with a high volume caseload. The firm will also consider non-qualified applicants.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to take on a caseload of the full remit of residential conveyancing transactions including dealing with both sales and purchase of properties, dealing with freehold and leasehold properties and handling completions.

Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors and non-qualified individuals who have a strong interest in the areas mentioned together with an excellent bedside manner as client care is paramount.
