Our client is one of the leading US firms in London and works on some of the highest profile, most complex and largest transactions in Europe.

This exciting new role will involve working on top-flight private equity deals alongside partners who are all highly regarded or "leading individuals" in their field. The current structure of the private equity team and the culture of the firm generally make this a truly outstanding opportunity to carve out a real niche for yourself and play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the practice.

This role will involve working within a partnership where the partners work as hard as the associates and there is a real sense of everyone pulling together. Hours typically range from 1800 to 2000 per annum.

What sets it apart from others though is that they are looking to recruit a partner of the future. There is no "queue" and an active desire to make up a London corporate associate to partner in the medium term. There is also a tremendous culture of not bringing in laterals and promoting only from within.

The ideal candidate will have excellent transactional experience of doing private equity deals at one of the leading city practices.
