Our client, a regional firm based in Newcastle are recruiting for a solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join the insolvency team.
The insolvency team is made up of 4 solicitors including 2 partners and is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for its expertise and quality of work. The work will be largely litigation based and involve acting for IPs in claims arising in liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies. They will consider applicants who do not have current insolvency experience provided they can demonstrate a solid commercial litigation background and good academics.
