Client Details
Our client is a Legal 500 law firm in Birmingham City Centre.
Description
This is a very autonomous role where the successful Credit Hire Paralegal will be given their own caseload of credit hire matters consisting of both pre lit and litigated matters. You will be responsible for these matters from instruction through to settlement. You will be acting for leading insurance companies as well as household names and you will have regular client contact in order to keep your clients briefed on their matters. You will be given a billing target and a very generous bonus scheme is in place which rewards billing above and beyond your target.
Although the role is very autonomous you will receive supervision and support where required.
Profile
The ideal Credit Hire Paralegal will have a good working knowledge of the CPR. Prior Credit Hire experience would be advantageous but our client is willing to consider applicants from other areas of litigation such as personal injury.
The role is based in Birmingham City Centre so ideally applicants will be based in or around the West Midlands region or have strong ties to the West Midlands.
