Litigation Associate | 3 years' PQE*

Our client is a leading Private Practice based just outside of London. They are currently looking to Litigation lawyer for their reputable commercial practice.

This role will be initially for a period of 6 months with the potential for the successful candidate to become permanent after this time.

The role will include, but will not necessarily be limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for all aspects of client management, anticipating and providing advice to clients' needs and ensuring the highest standard of client care and communication
  • Undertaking file management practices in accordance with firm's standards, to ensure documents are organised and filed appropriately, estimates prepared and third party arrangements are adhered to.
  • The full spectrum of litigation from shareholders disputes to trademarks and occasionally even property.

The ideal candidate will have approximately three years' PQE* and have strong litigation law experience gained from working at either a leading law firm or in-house in a similar role. In addition, the successful litigation lawyer will have excellent academics with a 2.1 or above.

It is important that you enjoy working within a team and are able to build strong relationships with the business, interacting regularly with partners, counsel and clientele. Clients range from PLCs to owner managed businesses so you will a confident and flexible communicator. The role has come up due to high workloads within the existing team so you must also be confident at working independently and able to hit the ground running
