HEAD OF CONTRACT MANAGEMENT - APAC / SE Asia

A new, exciting and challenging role now exists for a talented senior commercial contracts manager to join the team. The role will be fully integrated into the businesses project activity, working alongside the projects, commercial and legal functions. The remit requires the role holder to be familiar with full-cycle contract management – RFP right through the contract execution life cycle.You will also have a proven ability in managing and developing teams of Contract Managers on a regional level. It is likely the successful candidate will hold legal qualification / experience in addition to advanced contract management experience.

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Circa 12 - 18 years full-cycle contract management experience
• Background in Law, QS, Finance, Business Administration or similar
• Contract negotiation and drafting experience
• Regional CM team management experience 
• Commercial legal background
• Industry experience within engineering, construction, energy, EPC, infrastructure or comparable industries
• Experience in variation order, change, and claim management
• High-worth multi partner projects experience – on an international scale
• Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners
