We have the pleasure in working with a well-established firm of Solicitors based in Wirral who are searching for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their successful team.

The role is offering a generous salary up to £20,000 depending on experience. In addition you will receive 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays together with office closure over Christmas and New Year (we all love to have time off over the festive period so this is a great added bonus!).

About the role?

You will have gained previous Conveyancing experience in a similar role. You will assist the team with a mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include Sale, Purchase, Re-Mortgage and Transfer of Equity.

Your role will involve drafting contracts on sale transactions, dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by buyer’s solicitors on sale transactions, coordinating exchange of contracts, applying for searches on purchase transactions, reviewing and reporting on the search results on purchase transactions, reviewing and reporting on the mortgage offer on purchase transactions, preparing Contract documentation and dealing with the post-completion work.
