Kingsley have the pleasure of working with a reputable, leading Top 30 law firm, who are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join its team in Liverpool.

The position is offering a competitive remuneration package with generous benefits. This includes 25 days’ holiday, and the ability to buy and sell five holidays as required, as well as your birthday off too. About the role

As a commercial property solicitor, you will be joining a small, fast paced, highly regarded health property team within the wider health business group. You will be working within the firm’s bespoke Health Property department in their Liverpool office.  

You will act primarily on behalf of National Health organisations and manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will be advising on matters including, deeds of easements, licenses, sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters and disposals and acquisitions.

The salary is depending on experience, along with a generous benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position.
