My client is looking for a Legal Structuring Associate to to work on a variety of fund structuring and investment manager setup activities. The work will include reviews of investment fund documents from a compliance and structural perspective.
A successful candidate will have experience of working on the launch of investment fund structures, a good understanding of the interaction between documents involved in fund structures including PPMs and IMAs, as well as general commercial agreements, including T&Cs, NDAs and service agreements.
