Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you an experienced senior commercial property solicitor looking for a role at a regionally leading and commercially thriving firm? Are you a commercial property solicitor established in the Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas and looking for a new position in this high value market?

Due to an increasing workload a new opportunity has arisen for a talented senior commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded regional practice. The firm has a strong commercial presence and you will be able to build on an existing high-quality caseload of commercial property and real estate matters. You will be a qualified solicitor of around 5+ years’ PQE, with experience to the full range of commercial property matters including the following:

- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Development related work
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Secured lending

You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the desire to take an active role in the firm’s business development/marketing. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to progress within this regionally leading firm.
