A vacancy has now arisen within the private client team for a non-contentious, specialist role advising high-net-worth clients regarding tax, trusts and estate planning. THE ROLE
You will be a senior private client solicitor with substantial experience in dealing with complex wills, trusts and tax issues. The firm benefits from substantial personal recommendations and sets great store by first-class client care skills. You will be dealing with the disposition of large agricultural estates, drafting complex wills, and dealing with a wide range of Court of Protection matters. Part of this role is also to mentor junior colleagues. This role would suit a diplomatic, empathetic and creative problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a positive approach to business development, networking and marketing. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of about 7 years’ PQE, preferably with STEP membership;
Possess excellent client-care skills;
Have a very strong academic background, with a solid career gained within a Legal 500 firm;
Possibly bring a following of clients with you;
Be a real team player, flexible, good-humoured and approachable;
Be ambitious – for yourself and the firm.
