ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - COMMERCIAL - PHARMACEUTICALS
CLIENT: We are working with a major pharmaceutical multi-national with global operations who are looking to further grow their impressive legal team. Handling corporate, commercial and compliance related matters you'll work with the EMEA HQ team.
ROLE: As an Associate Director, you will work on complex commercial, corporate, M&A deals, as well as supply arrangements and manufacturing contracts. In addition, you'll also handle day-to-day operational matters and liaise with the Affiliate business and legal teams.
CANDIDATE: Ideally you will have experience in the pharmaceutical or life science sectors given the operations of the business. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, from a leading firm and top multi-national who can work with a variety of stakeholders. Travel will be required from time to time given the international nature of the job.
