Corporate Solicitor
Our client are a leading law firm based in Oxford. They have a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third sector organisations.
Their highly regarded Corporate Department are seeking a 1 - 4 year PQE Solicitor to join the team.
The department is mostly involved in mainstream Private Company M&A deal sizes £1m-£50m, acting for both buyers and sellers, MBO's and MBI's, Shareholders Agreements, Restructurings and Banking Work.
The successful candidate would be involved in all aspects of the work together with supporting firm wide projects and gaining experience with other teams within the Corporate Group.
The work will encompass: * Management buyouts/ buyins' (MBOs/MBIs) * Purchase and sale of assets Share acquisitions and sales * AIM In return the firm will offer you a stimulating environment to work with a high quality work.
The department is consists of over 30 Business Services Lawyers across all of their 12 offices.
