I’m currently working with one of the most esteemed practices in the market. This Top 20 firm has an opportunity available for an experienced Industrial Disease Paralegal to join its successful team, which is based in Manchester’s city centre.

You will be joining this highly successful Industrial Disease department, where you will be operating alongside some of the most successful legal professionals in Britain. Here, you’ll be handling your own caseload of varied industrial-disease matters, such as NIHL, RSI, HAVS, and stress. You will also be managing a mixed caseload of pre-litigated matters, along with some litigated files (if you have experience in litigation, we have more senior roles available too).

Ideally, you will have defendant experience from a similar role. However, strong legal candidates with litigation experience from claimant firms are also welcome to apply.

This is a rare opportunity for candidates who are looking to make a move into a defendant practice, but might not necessarily have prior experience in such a firm.
