Residential Conveyancing Manager

Residential Conveyancing Legal Manager opportunity. A high successful firm of property lawyers, is looking for a Legal Manager to join and lead a busy Residential conveyancing team based in their Northamptonshire office.

You will be responsible for leading a team of lawyers and conveyancing executives, who have their own full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post completion.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to;

·         Providing technical support and assistance;

·         Inspecting daily reports to ensure files are being progressed;

·         Conducting one-2-ones;

·         Being first point of contact for escalations;

·         Assisting in the development of new internal processes; and

·         Responsibility for new starters inductions

You will currently be an experienced residential conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) with extensive experience in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions to include more complex matters, with managerial or supervisory experience.
