Our client, a leading National law firm, is currently seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their Construction Team.
The successful candidate is likely to have had held a seat within construction. You will be an excellent communicator, who prides themselves on delivering first rate client care, whilst managing and prioritising your workload accordingly. You most likely have a keen eye for detail and have excellent organisational skills.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious work for contractors and employers, construction funders and professionals. This includes; liaising with clients, warranties and managing their completion, preparing documents in proceedings, and assisting in dispute resolution through litigation, adjudication and mediation.
