You will be handling a case-load of matters pertaining to relationship breakdowns and ancillary relief matters . The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a purely privately funded case-load, working with minimal supervision and demonstrating the ability to help build the practice and the profile of the Family Team.
You will have a commitment to all forms of dispute resolution including mediation and collaboration as well as traditional court based litigation. Previous training as a mediator and collaborative lawyer would be an advantage but not essential.
You will be committed to providing an excellent client service and have a passion to pursue a career in family law.
