THE ROLE


An exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to work within the Commercial Litigation team in Bristol.

This is to work on a broad range of commercial disputes work.

The team handles claims including contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, patent infringement, defamation, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes for a wide variety of commercial and corporate clients.

A following is welcome, although not essential.

An ability to maintain and develop existing client relationships is a must.

ABOUT YOU

Proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, and able to prioritise a number of different projects effectively.

You must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware with strong business development skills.

A strong communicator, you will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality service to your clients and used to working autonomously with only light supervision.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and supervise more junior fee earners.
