A Senior Property Litigation Associate is sought by a Manchester based Top 200 UK Commercial Law Firm.
An award winning regional Law Firm, my client is well established in the North West providing services to the Commercial market. They continue to pursue growth opportunities across the Firm,
As Senior Property Litigation Associate, your remit will include a varied caseload incorporating all matters arising from commercial, residential and mixed use schemes e.g Landlord & Tenant issues, Service Charge disputes, Repossessions, Prof Neg, Insolvencies and many more. For those who desire, you will be afforded access to clients and freedom to business develop.
Applications are sought from those candidates with 8+ years of PQE. Some flexibility will be allowed for those with less. Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of acting on complex Property Litigation cases, and supervising Junior Associates where applicable. You will be driven and keen to work in a collegiate environment.
