My client, a leading financial institution is looking to hire a Regulatory Lawyer for an ongoing project.
The Role:
- Initially scoping out clients' needs in relation to MiFID II
- Providing group analysis to the business
- Then working closely to put in place 1st draft of updated agreements
Skill set:
- Fund lawyer with IMA ( Investment Management Agreements) and distribution experience a must
- An understanding of MiFID ii
