This pre-eminent fund manager has a vacancy within its Legal Department for a lawyer of between 3-6 years' PQE to focus on their most structured and complex IMAs both in terms of their drafting and negotiation and also the structuring of clients' investment management arrangements.
As the role focuses primarily on their complex segregated accounts, there is considerable need to work with Portfolio Managers and external clients to arrives at a structure for the vehicle and its trading arrangements. There is also a range of work on offer in projects such as MiFID II, Brexit advice and other areas.
Though experience in IMAs would be preferred, the client is happy to see applicants who are lawyers of between 3-6 years PQE with Magic or Silver Circle law firm training and strong experience in any Corporate or Finance discipline.
