Criminal Defence Duty Solicitor

An ambitious and growing law firm, with an established Chesterfield office, is seeking to recruit a criminal defence duty solicitor into its dedicated and hardworking criminal team.

You will undertake a wide range of responsibilities including representing clients at police station and magistrates’ courts, meaning some out of hours work will be necessary.
 
You will need to be duty qualified and police station accredited with at least three years’ post qualification experience to back up your qualifications. You will be working in a criminal defense firm within the Chesterfield area and be looking to take a step up into a more senior position with greater flexibility and an increase in salary.
