Head of Private Client

An experienced Private Client Solicitor is wanted to Head up an already established and flourishing Private Client department in Preston. Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client is a well established regional private practice that offer a wide range of services and expertise across Private Client, Commercial, Family, Employment, Crime and Personal Injury and have offices across the North of England. They are an integral part of the Preston legal community and this role has arisen due to sustained growth and an increase of instructions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the successful and established Private Client team of this market leading Preston firm. The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a quality case load of Wills, the administration of Probate and Trusts and Estates as well as managing the team, marketing the department, developing new relationships and nurturing existing client and referrer relations.

Applications are invited from experienced Private Client Solicitors/CILEX with a minimum of 5 years PQE who are ready to take their career to the next level and are looking for a firm that will provide quality work, opportunities for progression and a friendly working environment. You will have solid Wills and Probate experience and either have, or be working towards STEP. Any previous business development/networking experience will be desirable as part of this role will be to assist in helping develop the department and win new business.
