Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner/Legal Executive

A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is required for an exciting opportunity to work for a highly-respected firm. This role is based in Wakefield and offers a competitive salary negotiable dependent upon experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to work for a well-established law firm with an exceptional reputation at delivering a national service to their clients.

The successful candidate for this role of Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will be expected to handle a varied role which will involve dealing with a wide range of sale, purchase and remortgage files, transfers of equity, probate sales, matrimonial sales, shared ownership and new build. This role is within a well-established team and will tackle an existing caseload.

We are open to applications from candidates with at least 2 years experience in this area with an ability to take on a challenge and deliver results. It is important that you are a team player with strong communication skills and work well under pressure.
