Well established law firm in North Nottinghamshire seeks a full time Private Client Solicitor for their office in Mansfield. You will handle a caseload of the full range of private client matters - wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection as well as assisting with conveyancing and commercial property matters. The role is to head up the office in a supervisory capacity dealing with a caseload of Wills and Probate together with assisting/supervising on other matters.
You will need:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE+ in Wills/Probate.
- Experience of handling a caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
- Management/supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- The ability to prioritise and manage own workload, be self-motivated and keen to succeed.
- To be professional in dealing with clients and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
