Corporate Paralegal

We are currently working with an innovative law firm in the Midlands to select a Corporate Paralegal into their top-tier Corporate team.

About the Corporate Paralegal role:

In this Corporate Paralegal role you will be providing robust transactional support.

You will have experience of assisting colleagues on a range of Corporate matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the team with transactions due diligence
• Managing sensitive data and compiling databases with confidential documents
• Reviewing a series of essential corporate information and reports
• Researching and reporting on prospective target companies

You will have experience in a similar Corporate role and experience of working with sensitive company information. Your enthusiasm for Corporate work will be demonstrated previously. You will possess strong relationship skills and have an exceptional eye for detail. Ideally you will have the LPC or a strong Corporate background in a related sector.
