We are currently working with an established yet progressive firm in Birmingham, looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to contribute to their Property team in Birmingham.
About the Real Estate Litigation Paralegal role:
In this role you will be supporting the team in a large range of property and portfolio disputes.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on litigation issues related to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Drafting of lease renewals, notices, and claim forms
- Issuing claims while liaising with external clients and opposition representatives
- Undertaking research to assist supervisors on various issues relating to their case
As the Real Estate Litigation Paralegal you will have graduated with the LPC and hold 1-2 years Real Estate experience. You will also have a confident manner and be able to adapt to different teams and levels of work.
