A rare opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor looking to join a growing and highly regarded Employment team. My client, a U.S. based Firm ranked in the top tier for labour law in the U.S., have an opening for a driven and ambitious Associate to join the London team and make a real name for themselves in the Employment sector not only within the firm but throughout the industry.

Being based in Central London, your work will focus primarily on acting for large corporate clients and will expose you to a range of employment issues allowing you to take on cases that Newly Qualified Solicitors in other firms would not be able to.

Although this can be daunting to most, the support that can be offered is second to none and working under the tutelage of a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked ‘Leading Lawyer’ will although you to gain impressive exposure to some of the most exciting cases.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• A real passion to excel in the Employment sector and have completed an Employment seat in your training contract.
• Stellar academics.
• Magic/Silver Circle background or experience in a well regarded Employment team.
• Be extremely driven and ambitious in where you see your career heading.
• Ideally some experience in Corporate M&A and transactions, however, candidates without this will still be considered.
