Property Legal Officer

Our client, based in East London, is seeking a Property Paralegal.

You will need to:

*Hold a caseload of primarily property cases
*Includes right to buy, conveyancing, commercial lease portfolio work (leases, licences to assign and alter, licences to underlet etc) and dealing with unregistered land.
*Assisting with lawyers and senior lawyers within the Commercial team (regeneration, planning and property) as they provide legal support to strategic projects.

The successful applicant will be required to:
*Support people at all levels within the team so it is essential that they have excellent attention to detail and listening and communication skills.
