Defendant EL/PL Litigation Executive

My client is a long established Insurance firm with offices throughout the country. They are currently looking to recruit a Defendant EL/PL Litigation Executive to join their EL/PL Department handling EL/PL claims, both pre-litigation and post litigation, and those of a complex nature.

The team acts for a number of large, well known insurance companies and you can expect to run a quality caseload of pre and post litigation Defendant EL/PL files. You will have previous experience of handling a caseload of EL/PL related claims including detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case, periodic reporting to the client, legal research, drafting defences and settling files.

My client are flexible in regards to the level of applicant as they will consider Solicitors, Litigation Executives, Paralegals, Fee Earners etc but the successful candidate will have EL/PL experience from a Defendant background.
